• • Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 11:00 am. A valid credit/debit card and valid form of identification is required upon check in.  

• • Room rates do NOT include any state or city occupancy taxes.

• • Please remember to take all your belongings with you upon leaving. Please leave all guest provisions in the cabin where you found them.  Any damage or loss to the 4K Lodges will be charged to the guest’s credit card as soon as the loss or damage is reported or discovered.

• • At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date.  Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.  Should you choose to depart early, the reservation room rate is subject to change and/or early check-out penalties will apply.  A 15% fee will be deducted from any credit card refunds.

• • 4K Lodges reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.  

• • Grilling is only allowed by the pavilion.  Please do not grill on porches or between cabins.

• • All cabins are NO SMOKING.  This includes E-cigarettes.  If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged each day of occurrence.  

• • We are not responsible for accidents, personal property, lost or stolen articles.

• • Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the cabins.  If pets are discovered a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

• • Disturbing others through drunkenness or rowdy behavior will not be permitted.

• • The use of narcotics, firearms or fireworks will not be permitted.

• • Owners reserve the right to evict anyone for infraction of these terms and conditions.

• • Please help us save energy by turning off unused lights.  Keep door and windows closed when air conditioning or heating is in use.

• • Towels and bedding are provided for each cabin guest.  Towels are to be used inside the cabins only.  Any missing or permanently ruined linens will be charged to the room.

• • A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any lost room key.

• All agreements must be in writing and are subject to the laws of the State of Texas.  The 4K Lodges reserves all rights to refuse service to any hotel guest who do not follow or comply with hotel policy.

Cancellation Policy

For weekdays:  Cancellation requests must be confirmed by 4K Lodges within 24 hours prior to arrival date.

For weekends:  Cancellation requests must be confirmed by 4K Lodges within 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Check in/Check out

Check-in time is any time after 3pm.  All guests are required to sign a terms and conditions prior to receiving a cabin key.  Keys are labeled with the cabin number.  The key works for both the doorknob lock and the bolt.  Please keep the key safe.  A $25.00 charge will be added to the bill for any lost keys.  Guests agree to inspect the cabin upon arrival.  Please notify 4K Lodge owners of any damage or problems on the day of check-in.  Check-out is by 11am.  Upon check-out, please leave the key in the return box located by the front office door.  Remember to take all personal belongings upon departure, and leave all guest provisions in their respective place.  4K Lodges is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  The cost of missing item(s) that are the property of 4K Lodges may be added to the bill.

I understand and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  I understand I can be evicted, without refund, for infraction of the above terms and conditions.
